Can I take IMODIUM® long-term?
IMODIUM® products may be taken for prolonged periods of time. Clinical evaluations have shown that after several years of administration, no significant abnormalities in several health indicators could be detected. However, as it is for most over-the-counter medications, the long-term use of IMODIUM® products should be discussed with a physician.
